Co-design, Workshops & Facilitation
Capability that stays after we leave. Alongside advisory work, Sagetor runs workshops, briefings and facilitated sessions that give teams practical skills and give leaders a clearer basis for decisions. Sessions run in person or remotely, for audiences locally and internationally.
Formats
Ways to work with a room
Workshops and programs
Hands-on sessions built around your organisation's real work, from a half-day introduction to a multi-session capability program. Participants leave with skills applied to their own tasks, not generic exercises.
Executive briefings
Focused sessions for boards and leadership teams that separate what matters from what is noise, and end in decisions rather than impressions.
Facilitated strategy sessions
Independent facilitation for planning days, co-design sessions and difficult conversations, designed so every voice contributes and something concrete comes out.
Panels and keynotes
Speaking that favours substance over performance: practical AI adoption, strategy, lived-experience leadership and building systems that serve people.
Signature programs
Four programs, built and delivered
Each program below is a developed offering with a defined structure, adapted to your organisation rather than assembled from scratch. All run in person or remotely.
For any team
Practical AI, without the hype
A working session for non-technical teams that starts from your organisation's actual tasks, not the technology. Participants leave with AI applied to their own work, a shared standard for responsible use, and a way to judge the next tool someone tries to sell you.
For research and health
Co-design for research
Designing studies, services and engagement with the people they affect. Built on direct experience establishing consumer registers and advisory structures inside health research. Covers recruiting beyond the usual voices, running sessions where input can change the design, and closing the loop so participation survives the project.
For communities and teams
Financial awareness
Educational sessions on financial literacy and quantitative decision-making, shaped by hands-on experience in mortgage broking and financial modelling. General education only, never personal financial advice, and designed for audiences from youth programs to professional teams.
For founders and leaders
From idea to product
A structured working session that takes a real idea from your organisation and pressure-tests it: the problem, the proposition, the first buildable release. Teams leave with a validated direction or a well-earned reason to stop, and either outcome pays for the day.

When to bring us in
When a group has to reach a decision and leave with a record of it, when a team needs practical capability rather than a briefing, when a strategy day has to produce something usable afterwards, or when the room needs someone from outside the organisation to hold it.
How this work runs
Your point of contact is always a Principal, and which Principal depends on the work and the stage it has reached. That Principal scopes the engagement, coordinates the work and remains accountable for it. Delivery is carried out by the Principals, by trusted consultants, or by both. Current specialist capability includes risk, fraud risk and anti-money laundering.
Outside scope. Financial-awareness sessions are general education only and never personal financial advice. We do not provide clinical, therapeutic or counselling services.
