Whether you are a department, a company, a general practice, an NGO or a founder, a few sentences about the situation are enough to begin. Enquiries go straight to the Principals.
Project enquiry
Your message is ready to send.
We have opened a pre-filled message in your email program. It does not reach us until you send it from there. If nothing opened, write to enquiries@sagetor.com instead.
Once it arrives we will come back to you with a considered response and a clear view on whether we are the right fit. If your matter is time-sensitive, say so and we will treat it that way.
Something went wrong sending your enquiry.
Please try again in a moment, or email us directly at enquiries@sagetor.com. We would rather hear from you twice than not at all.
Send opens a pre-filled message in your own email program. The form is not yet connected to a mail service, so you can also write to enquiries@sagetor.com.
Common questions
Before you write
How do engagements usually start?
Most begin with a short diagnostic: a fixed-scope piece of work, typically two to four weeks, that frames the problem and ends in a written assessment with a recommended path. It is useful on its own and gives both sides a low-risk way to test the working relationship before anything larger.
Is our problem too small to bring to you?
Almost certainly not. No piece of work is too large or too small to be worth a conversation. Some engagements run for months; others are a single question answered properly in a week. If something is not worth doing, we would rather tell you that than take it on.
How is the work priced?
Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before work begins, scoped to the problem rather than billed by the hour. If the scope changes, the fee is renegotiated openly before more work happens. The budget field in the form simply helps us propose something proportionate.
Who actually does the work?
Your point of contact is always a Principal, and which Principal depends on the work and the stage it has reached. That Principal scopes the engagement, coordinates the work and remains accountable for it. Delivery is carried out by the Principals, by trusted consultants, or by both, depending on what the work needs.
Do you work outside Australia?
Yes. The practice is based in Australia and works with organisations across markets. Most engagements run remotely without friction; where in-person work matters, we plan for it in the proposal.
How is confidentiality handled?
First conversations are confidential as a matter of course, and we are comfortable signing a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions. Nothing about your organisation is published or referenced without written permission.
What if we are not sure what we need?
That is a normal starting point, and often the most productive one. Describe the situation in plain language and we will respond with a view on the right first step, which is sometimes smaller than the one you had in mind.
